1. GENERAL INFORMATION

This website is operated by Moments of Lights Candles. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Moments of Lights Candles.

By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all policies published on our website.

2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Our products are handmade and may therefore have slight variations in color, shape, texture, placement, or appearance. These variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.

We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.

3. CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom and made-to-order products are created specifically for each customer.

Production time for custom orders is generally 7 to 14 business days, depending on the complexity and quantity of the order.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalization information when placing an order.

Once production of a custom order has begun, changes may not be possible. Because personalized products are made specifically for the customer, they may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange, except when the product arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.

4. ORDER PROCESSING

Regular orders are generally processed within 3 to 5 business days.

Processing times are separate from shipping transit times.

During holidays, special collections, promotions, or periods of high demand, processing times may be longer.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time without prior notice. Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed, unless otherwise agreed in writing for a custom order.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges, when applicable, will be calculated during checkout.

6. SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United States.

Estimated shipping and delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or incorrect information provided by the customer.

7. ACCURACY OF CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, contact, and personalization information.

Moments of Lights Candles is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

8. CANDLE SAFETY

Candles must always be used responsibly.

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets, drafts, flammable materials, and heat-sensitive surfaces.

Customers are responsible for following all safety instructions provided with the product.

9. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND DAMAGED ITEMS

Eligibility for returns, refunds, replacements, or exchanges is governed by our Refund and Return Policy.

If an order arrives damaged, customers must contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the product and packaging so that we can evaluate the situation.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, photographs, designs, logos, graphics, and other original materials displayed on this website are the property of Moments of Lights Candles unless otherwise stated.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
