RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Moments of Lights Candles, each piece is carefully handcrafted. Due to the handmade, delicate, and in some cases personalized nature of our products, slight variations in color, shape, or finish may occur. These variations make each creation unique and are not considered defects.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at momentsoflightscandles@gmail.com.

Please include:

• Your name and order number.
• Clear photographs of the product.
• Photographs of the packaging and shipping label.
• A brief description of the issue.

Please keep the product and all packaging materials while we review your request. Once the case has been reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, as appropriate and depending on availability.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, color or fragrance preference, or slight variations resulting from the handmade process.

Personalized, made-to-order, used, burned, melted, altered, or damaged products after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

Personalized or made-to-order products cannot be canceled once production has begun.

APPROVED RETURNS

Please do not send any product back without first receiving our authorization and return instructions. Items sent without authorization will not be accepted.

If a return is required because of an error on our part or because the product was received damaged or incorrect, we will provide you with the appropriate instructions.

REFUNDS

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your bank or payment provider.
