What is your return policy?

At Moments of Light, each candle is handcrafted with dedication and care, making them unique.

Because these are handmade and delicate products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the purchase has been made.

However, if your order arrives damaged or defective during shipping, please contact us within the first 3 days of delivery and send photos of the product and packaging to our email. We will gladly evaluate your case and, if necessary, arrange a replacement.
